Refund policy

Merch (tee, mug, hats, pin): exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Send a note through our contact form and we will send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Merch inside a kit can be exchanged on its own under the same terms.

STARLOG: The Magazine and the kits that include it are pre-orders. Payment is taken at checkout and the order cannot be cancelled once placed.

If anything arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we replace it or refund it. For the magazine, damaged means torn or missing pages, water damage, a crushed spine, or a crease across the cover; send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. Light corner wear from transit is normal for a mailed magazine and is not a defect.

Refunds, where due, go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Store credit is issued as a STARLOG gift card.
