Frequently Asked

Your questions, answered.

Common questions we get asked. If your question is not here, send a note via our contact form.

When does the Magazine ship?

The Magazine (STARLOG Volume 2, Issue 1) ships November 13, 2026, the day it reaches newsstands. You will receive a notification with tracking when your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Every copy ships in a rigid stay-flat cardboard mailer, so it arrives the way it left the press: flat, uncreased, and with the cover intact.

Is this the same edition that's on newsstands?

Yes! The all-new, 100-page STARLOG Volume 2, Issue 1 is the same edition arriving on newsstands November 13.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping, duties and taxes for your country are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Prices show in your local currency.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Send a note through the contact form before November 12 with your order number and the new address and we will update it.

What if my copy arrives damaged?

Every copy ships in a rigid stay-flat cardboard mailer, so damage should be rare. If yours arrives damaged anyway, send a photo through the contact form within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it. Damaged means torn or missing pages, water damage, a crushed spine, or a crease across the cover.

Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?

The Magazine (STARLOG Volume 2, Issue 1) is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Future issues will be sold separately.

If we offer a magazine subscription in the future, readers of The Lodestar, our free weekly newsletter, will hear about it first.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Pre-order payment is captured at checkout.
